Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return on most items.  Returns on purchase made between Black Friday and Christmas can be made thorugh January 15.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and be in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. ONCE THE RETURN IS APPROVED, YOU MUST SHIP THE ITEM BACK TO THE SHOP WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE APPROVAL EMAIL OR THE RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Completely at the discretion of Cave + Post Trading Co., a restocking fee of 20% may apply to orders above $1,000 for all items that are returned in original condition, with tags, and not worn. This does not apply to items that are defective or damaged in shipping or one-off items that don't fit, etc.  Please contact patrick@caveandpost.com or 602-430-2032 for details on specific return conditions and applicable fees.  This primarily applies to wardrobe/costume/stylist purchases (again, application of this policy is at the sole discretion of Cave + Post Trading Co.).

Return / Refund policy

ALL SALE ITEM PURCHASED ARE FINAL SALES AND NON-RETURNABLE

  • When using our prepaid label the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.
  • Online and phone purchases can also be returned in store, in accordance with our policy.
  • Need an exchange? Follow steps above and let us know the items you would like to exchange for.
  • Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.

U.S. Return and Exchange Policy

Cave + Post gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online, by phone or in stores for delivery that shipped to a U.S. address for a full refund (minus the return label cost) or exchange within 14 days of original purchase. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. If you live in Phoenix, AZ for your convenience, online and phone purchases may be returned to the Cave + Post physical store. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. All apothecary, altered apparel, hats, one of a kind items, or ANY SALE ITEMS cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount.s
  • In stores, requests to return or exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt. We will refund the purchase amount.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  You can always contact us for any return question at patrick@caveandpost.com.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like ALL SALE ITEMS, hats, one of kind items, thrifted items, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
