11.4 oz Indigo Double Weave Shirt

This work shirt is made from UES's original double-weave denim fabric. It uses indigo rope dyed uneven yarn, and the surface is a 3:1 twill weave that emphasizes the denim look. Compared to general double-weave fabrics, it is woven with thicker yarn, so the fabric weighs 11.4 ounces. It is 100% cotton, so it can be worn in any season. The fabric is woven on a vintage power loom, and is woven at a slow speed of about 1/4 that of modern machines, so the softness of the yarn is not lost and you can enjoy the soft texture of double weave.
